Very understanding owners

We had booked this campsite for a week in September unfortunately we had to cancel a week before. The owners were very understanding and were very helpful in advising how we should cancel on line. This site is definitely on our agenda for next year if they look after their guests to this extent.

Hidden haven

Great spot easy to find and very good for M5. Good for over night but even better for longer stays lots to do in the area. Lots of wild life and walks

A great find

Brian the Moho spent 4 nights here in July with his 2 adults. . Heather and hubby very welcoming , a great level pitch with lots of space between neighbours. The leaflet shows a short cut into Slimbridge . The site is a real gem and around lots of great walking , the WWT , canal . If you want to explore this part of the world , easy to find and we will be back !

Excellent site at Moorend Farm

Well organised spacious site. In an excellent location. We stayed for 7 nights and will definitely be back again. Easy access everything you need.

Campervan Visit November 2023

Exemplary CL, easy to book online with full accurate & helpful local information with confirmation of booking. Good location for local walks and visiting WWT. The only problem we had was the WC emptying flush water which was frozen ... but it was -3.9ยบ overnight!. We will be very happy to return.

Lovely site conveniently close to motorway

Inevitably there is some motorway noise but we only noticed it outdoors. The site is well organised, with power and water to each pitch and drainage into a ditch. TV and 4G good. Easy access for larger outfits. There are now three hardstandings.  Would happily use again.

Restful time

We came for 8 days from the 15th July. This is the 3rd time we have been here. The hosts are friendly and welcoming. The site is well maintained and is a lovely place to unwind from the stresses of life. There are lovely walks along the canal, nearby towns to visit even Chepstow is not far. The local pub, The George serves food all day and has a lovely garden and is dog friendly. We will be returning again as an antidote to busy lives. Thank you to Heather for her smile and chats when she welcomes you to the site.

Great site

Had 3 great nights at this site on our way back from South Wales. This is an excellent site and next time we are in this area we will stay for longer. Many thanks Steve & Sue Day.

Excellent place to stay.

This is a very nice place to stay, its peaceful and flat, 2 hardstanding pitches and the rest grass. good recycling and rubbish area, also clean area to clean out waste disposal. very friendly and helpful owners, leave you to get on with it. you can pay by card or cash. sort of place you can go for walks, bird watch or just read a book. It is a flat site so good if you have a disability for walking. we stay here as a stop over coming from Bristol, and it was our first campsite we ever went to, so fond memories of getting lost at night! but got there in the end. there is water and electricity on each pitch and good spacing. always like going back. thank you.
