Fantastic CL
This is a fabulous and v well organised CL with great facilities (lovely loo and hot shower block). We really enjoyed staying here and seeing the owners chickens and other animals.
The site is v close to a spectacular section of the Ceredigion coastal path and close to New Quay which has all the facilities of a great sea side town.

Just returned from my 4th stay at Llainfran CL, been here twice since Jane & Gary took over it. It’s definitely one of our favourite sites. The location, sea views and sunsets are amazing. The site has been vastly upgraded since Jane and Gary took over it, with new shower / toilet block and free strong WiFi. It is so peaceful here, no traffic or any noises. A very large field, and you could fit another caravan in between the pitches. The drainage on the grass is excellent, as after a heavy downpour, it wasn’t muddy, you will need blocks at the front, ( which are provided) 16amp ehu, the grass is cut regularly, and they pride themselves keeping the site in good order, I didn’t take my awning groundsheet, as it would need to be lifted everyday, because it ruins the grass.

This really is the perfect site
This is our second stay at Llainfran the first time was back in 2018 shortly after Jane and Gary had taken over the site and we loved it now 5 years later it is even better, with a purpose build toilet block with 3 toilets and 2 showers, a sink for washing up and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The views from the site are beautiful and the sunsets awesome, there are a huge amount of footpaths close to the site with the coast path about 20mins away. We walked into New Quay one day and sat on the sea wall eating ice cream and watching dolphins what more could you ask for. There are loads of lovely beaches within a short driving distance of the site including : Llangrannog, Tresaith, and our favourite Penbryn or you could just walk down to the closest one Cwmtydu Cove which although it is quite stony you can still swim there, a little further away is another of our favourites Mwnt. The nearest big supermarket is in Cardigan about 30 mins away where you have a choice of Tesco or Aldi.
Gary and Jane are the perfect hosts and have worked hard to create a fabulous peaceful site that genuinely only takes 5 caravans and they deserve all the success that comes their way.
We will definitely be returning.

PLEASE READ TERMS AND CONDITIONS ABOUT AWNINGS AND THE USE OF GROUNDSHEETS!!
We had booked this site for 3 weeks and arrived looking forward to a nice relaxing holiday.
We have a caravan and awning with an annex at each end. These have built in groundsheets and are used to sleep in.
We were asked to take up the built in groundsheets daily to protect the grass, which would entail removing both ends of our awning exposing it to the weather.
We felt very uncomfortable to do this, as there was no compromise, so decided to leave the next day.
We explained our reasons for leaving to Jane and Gary and they didn’t seem to sympathise with our decision, they were just very business like and wanted full payment for the 3 weeks as stated in the terms and conditions.
I could understand if we had stayed longer but only 1 night costing £506 is extremely expensive.
It tells you about using breathable groundsheets and pup tents in the terms and conditions but
I would suggest that they state about awning annex with built in groundsheets not being suitable for this site as if we had known would not have booked in the first place.
We have used CL sites for many years and this is the first time we have have had any problems.
We feel very let down and sad this has happened.
Fantastic CL
Our first venture onto a CL and we were so pleased we did. The site is spacious and so well kept. The toilet and shower block are super clean and very modern. Lovely location from which to explore the local area. I would highly recommend this site and will gladly return. Jane and Gary are excellent hosts.
Fabulous CL
Just back from our second visit to Llainfran CL. Excellent communication prior to stay with Jane and Gary - superb hosts and always available to help when they are needed. Such a beautiful site; large pitches with lovely views. Easy access to the site, good directions provided. Brilliant areas where you can walk your dog off-lead (much appreciated with a fizzy young cocker spaniel). Facilities block is always spotless and it's so nice to have a designated recycling area. Ticks all of our boxes and remains a firm favourite.

What a lovely site! We had seven days and enjoyed every moment of our stay. The site has lovely clean shower facilities and we were able to catch up on some washing as we were midway through a 3 week tour.
The local scenery is breathtaking and we enjoyed walking locally as well as visiting the beautiful local coves of this part of West Wales. Gary and Jane were most welcoming and we would have no hesitation in returning again.
One of the best certified location sites that we have visited.
A beautifully kept site in a very peaceful location with excellent facilities for a CL site. Thoroughly recommend and we will return when in the area. Charming and efficient owners.

Just spent 7 lovely nights on this peaceful site with spacious pitches and sea views. Easy access to the site . 2 showers and an extra toilet available along with a laundry room and recycling area which is far more than most C L sites have. Lovely wild life area and pond to walk around and Donkeys and Llamas and Chickens which provide fresh eggs. Lovely owners who provided us with places to eat and walks to go on . Would definitely return.
