We've just stayed here in our motorhome on one of their EHU pitches for 3 nights. Really lovely, professional and helpful hosts, they couldn't do enough to help us, all thoughtfully and very well set up, very dog friendly, hand sanitizers at various points around site, dog poop bins at the recycling point and down by the lovely tranquil pond, great signage, amazing views whatever the weather, peaceful, beautifully maintained with love and care, amazing sausages and the freshest eggies, loved saying hello to the sheep especially Gumpi, Rupert and Mable. Met the little orphaned 2 week old piggies, too cute, highly recommend. Everywhere after has a lot to live up to after this place! We had no need to stay in it (as we had our motorhome) but they also have a really lovely wagon, again thoughtfully set up and tastefully done. I'd definitely stay there if I didn't have my own facilities! Their B&B is obviously temporarily on hold but hope they can open it again soon.Thank you so much Zoe and Howard, will definitely see you again xx
Excellent Peaceful CL
Just returned from a week staying at Greenacreas which is a wonderful peaceful CL with glorious views. The access is easy & the grass is kept short & clear of cuttings. Zoe & Howard are very friendly & have created a little haven & everything is spotlessly clean & all amenities are well signed. Although the site was only set up last year they have clearly thought of everything.
Their smallholding has sheep, piglets (Eric & friends), ducks & chickens & they sell eggs, bacon etc.
This site is highly recommended, a short drive to all local attractions but set back from the hustle & bustle of sites along the coast.
Great CL
A wonderful welcome from Zoe and Howard. We stayed without EHU, site spacious, lovely views, road noise hardly there. A lot of thought and care taken into setting up this CL. As most of us appreciate the CL's it is a shame a member objected to the owner's request to have his dog on the lead. The dog walk is lengthy and quite adequate. Came home with sausages and bacon - quite delicious.

Peace and relaxation
What a wonderful little CL site this is. We took pot luck and rang up whilst we were on route to another location, the traffic was so bad we decided to try our luck. So glad we did. Zoe and Howard are just wonderful hosts, nothing was too much trouble and so friendly whilst still respecting the fact that you are on your holiday. They are really keen to listen to your views as a camper as to how they could make improvements to their new site. The site is so peaceful with the most amazing views. To just sit there in the peace and quiet made for a perfect weekend. The fact that it is adults only makes is even more appealing to us and the fact we could take Winston was the icing on the cake. Well done Zoe and Howard, we wish you every success. You really deserve it. Nearly forgot - if you do go buy some of their home produce. The sausages and bacon are just gorgeous!!
New site - very helpful owners-
I would have scored higher , but there was just a few things that we didn't like ( all personal views ) so don't want to sound too critical.
We visited the site in July 19. Owners Zoe & Howard very very keen to please and get our view on the site and what we would like in terms of any improvements.
The site was lovely , good waste & toilet disposal facilities, sloping in parts , so make sure you have your blocks .
If I had a minor comment , whilst most CLs request dogs on leads ,most are a little relaxed around the van. This was strictly on leads at all times, there really wasn't anywhere you could walk the dogs without the lead, just to let them do their toilet duties. That said the long overgrown grass & weeds was cut on the second day and a opening created , however this was still a very overgrown.
The views and sunsets are magnificent , there was only one other van on the site , so lovely and quiet.
No walks directly from site , without accessing a busy road, so be careful if you do want to venture out without the car.
Please keep it adults only & solar.
We did have a good stay , a little to far in land from the coast , so not sure we will revisit , but never say never :)

A place to relax.
Just had short break at this recently opened CL. Lovely rural and peaceful location, good access from road which is not difficult to tow, (no single vehicle country lane approach as many rural sites). The road is not very busy and the CL is set back from it so very little road noise can be heard on site. The site is slightly sloping so chocks may be required, but this gives the benefit of lovely views of the countryside and Pilsdon Pen. Essential facilities including recycling are provided and owners Zoe and Howard were keen to hear what visitors want from their site. A walk has been provided to the bottom of the field where there is a tranquil pond where we saw deer and fox. We were also treated to the sight of a Red Kite joining Buzzards and Sparrow Hawk circling and swooping into the field as the hay was cut. Nearby are Pilsdon Pen, Lamberts Castle and Coneys Castle all Hill forts suitable for walking and magnificent views. The site is close to the Dorset, Somerset, Devon borders and also in easy reach of the West Dorset and East Devon coast.
In summary, a lovely peaceful location to chill out but with good access to the area. We will be back.
