What a gem: excellent position; very quiet; lovely owners

We have just stayed here for 12 nights. What a fabulous find! Lovely and quiet, easy access, views, spotlessly clean facilities and everything very well maintained. What's not to like about water and waste at each pitch, and they are all hard surface. Grass cut regularly and the cuttings collected (why can't all CL owners do this?). An information hut with lots of information about walks in the area, some accessible from the site as a public footpath runs through their land. Di and Tim were very friendly and helpful. Cycling is so easy in the Wolds as there is so little traffic on the lanes. We rode to Horncastle via Fullerton and then took the Spa Trail (an old railway track) to Woodhall Spa, a lovely small town. The downside of leaving a good review? everyone else then knows about the good sites, so don't all flock there at once! We will be back sometime.

Fantastic

Our first CL - hopefully they are all as good as this! Very peaceful, great scenery, within easy reach of lovely beaches, good walks from the site, and friendly, helpful owners.

Brilliant

10th to 14th August. We left the baking lowland heat behind us and kept comfortable in the sunny, but breezy Lincolnshire Wolds. The night were cool with the roof lights open and fly screens across... even needed a blanket... which was comparative bliss. Daytime blinds against the sun, shaded windows against the sun and the fan on... cool and comfortable. The site is truly lovely:- spacious, well kept and with shady trees to sit under and admire the lovely views over the undulating countryside. My husband enjoyed the clean fresh air on the attractive country walks from the site. From Grimsby round to Skegness, the coast is easily accessible and Lincoln is an attractive bustling city with easy parking. Nearby Horncastle is pleasant with many antique shops... one will feature on the Antiques Road Trip in September! Appreciated the stay even more when we returned to the breathless heat of home...

5 very warm nights.

It was hot. If the CL had not been so nice I think we may have de-camped and gone home early. Grange Farm has it all, space, peace, a pleasant distant view, a warm welcome, fully serviced level pitches and best of all.... adult only. Being caravanners themselves, Mr and Mrs Fathers have set the CL up to the standard they would hope to find when touring. It's a very high standard, so thank you, your efforts are much appreciated.

Grange Farm

We had not been to Grange Farm for 3 or 4 years but used to be a lot more regular. The site is perfect for a relaxing break and plenty of walks from the site for the dog.

Tranquil site

Stayed here for three nights. The site is spotless, obviously well looked after by Diane and Tim, who made us very welcome. Large level serviced pitches with plenty of space between them and good views of the Lincolnshire Wolds. Excellent information hut with maps, books etc. We were very happy with the price we paid and hope to be back there very soon.

Great CL

We stayed in our motorhome for 3 nights in June, in order to visit friends near Wragby. As others have said, we appreciated the high standard of upkeep, loads of information, warm welcome and stunning views. Lots of good walks from the site and interesting to explore the Tennyson connection to the area. Thank you.

All you could ask!

We had 2 great weeks staying at Grange Farm and Diane and Tim could not do more to ensure you have a lovely, relaxing experience. Their care in upkeep and attention to detail shows everywhere in the high standard of this peaceful place. As caravanners they know from experience what makes the ideal CL and they have created it. They are great hosts, too, as Diane can point you to the best places to visit, eat, etc but they are around but never intrusive. The information hut is full of info and walks leaflets and the area has both beautiful countryside and access to the coast. We have this one at the top of our list for a return visit in the future. Thank you Diane and Tim.

Hidden Gem

We were met by the friendly owners. The site is immaculate and well looked after. There is a hut with local information. We especially appreciated the public footpath maps. The country side is stunning and there are numerous walks from the campsite. We are road-bikers and the steep hills around are a joy if you like that sort of thing. Roads are very quiet. We really enjoyed saying there and definitely will go again.
