Firt Class CL

Emily was absolutely fantastic and was so helpful and friendly. Pitches were enormous and could park our motorhome side on, for a stunning sunset view. IT was spotless and very secure, the walk into Pershore was very picturesque and did not take too long. Worth visiting the Abbey and deli in Pershore. Could not recommend this CL enough. One of the best

Brilliant site , large level serviced pitches . Only a short walk into town. Emily was extremely helpful advising on where to visit and local walks , some directly from the site and there are maps to borrow. This has to be one of the best CLs we’ve ever stayed on . Very dog friendly too

Great stay,

We visited on the first weekend post 'lockdown' - our first trip out in our new caravan. We loved our stay. Emily was super helpful, providing lots of useful information, including walking and cycling routes directly from the site. We enjoyed a walk up and around Bredon Hill, and a 19 mile cycle loop around the villages surrounding the hill. Our pitch was spacious and flat with a lovely outlook. We enjoyed the freshly squeezed apple juice available to buy using an honesty box. We had a really peaceful, relaxing couple of days here and will definitely return. Our first ever visit to a CL and a very positive one indeed!

Very good site

Just had a stay at Goodleigh and very impressed. Lovely welcome from Emily and She informed me of the local places of interest and walks. Excellent hard standing pitches all with own water and grey waste. Short walk into pershore with pubs and cafes. Congratulations to Matthew and Emily in setting up a great CL and good luck in your venture. Steve and Gizmo.

Quiet Site

As a result of flood warnings we were recommended to move to this site. We were not disappointed. The site is spacious secure site with level hard standing pitches that have their own electric and drinking water points and a grey water drain. We were made very welcome and provided with lots of very detailed local information. The site is very well placed to visit a number of National Trust properties including Croome Court and Park which we enjoyed. We also had a fantastic tour and afternoon tea at the Morgan Car Factory. We will bring our dogs with us next year and enjoy the local scenic walks including a short walk into the market town of Pershore to visit the local hostelries.

Excellent site

Just returned from a four night stay at this lovely site, we were made to feel very welcome and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lovely spacious and level hard standing pitches with electric, drains and water to each pitch, it’s a short walk into Pershore with its range of shops and dog friendly pubs, Lots of good walking and places to visit nearby, my husband also enjoyed a special birthday treat of a tour at the nearby Morgan Cars factory and an hours driving experience in one of their classic cars round the Malvern hills. We are already planning a return trip next year.

Park the van up and walk into town

The site is very good, loads of room and ideal for a wet weekend getaway. Its a short walk into Pershore which is a lovely Georgian Town with nice shops and some good drinking houses and some good riverside walks. Made very welcome at the site, pricey for a CL but for wet weather certainly worth it.

First Class

Just had a lovely 3 night stay at this super site. Spacious, level pitches with EHU and water tap/waste drain on each pitch. Very secure site with coded entry gate. Easy walk into Pershore where there are shops, cafes and eateries a plenty. Nice walks along the river. Really lovely owners who are on hand should you need anything. Information supplied on the local area with walks etc. Some road noise during the day but didn’t worry us as we were out most of the time or inside as the weather wasn’t too warm. We will definitely be returning to explore the area more. Thanks to Emily and David.

A well appointed CL

A newly opened CL that isn’t in the book yet. For this reason, print off or memorise the online directions or have them on a mobile device. The final directions and signage are from the south of Pershore off the B4084 Evesham Worcester road onto the road that leads to the site and the villages of Great and Little Comberton. If approaching from either of these villages, drive past the postcode location and turn left into the site shortly before the left hand turn into Pensham Hill road (that leads to Pensham) and where the road bends right towards the B4084. A security code is required from the owner to gain access. An information sheet with an allocated pitch number should be in a box. All five super pitches are large sunny hard standings facing West over an expansive grassy field that is part of the site. The field/site has attractive mature trees and hedging along its edge which provide screening from the owner’s property and from the local Comberton road. The only traffic noise is from this road. The £20 fee includes the first 16 units of metered electricity. We used less than half of this but would have used more if it had been cold or wet. Our omni-directional Maxview motorhome aerial couldn’t get a reliable TV signal and the on-site Wi-Fi didn’t work for us but the owner is hoping to improve this. There is excellent walking from the site along paths to the River Avon and Pershore as well as the local countryside and there are good cycling opportunities with cycle route 442 passing the site. Pershore is an attractive market town with a river frontage, an abbey, Georgian architecture, places to eat and drink, plenty of shops including an Asda in the centre and a regular bus service to Worcester and Evesham which are both worth visiting. There are several NT properties close by including the excellent Croome Park which can be reached by bike. This is a good site to stay for a few days.

Wonderful new CL

Brand new CL, conveniently located and just a short walk into Pershore and to the Horticultural College. Spacious, level, fully serviced pitches. Good tv signal. Very secure site with gated access to road and private footpath. Lovely large open area for exercising our Springer Spaniel. Matthew and Gina were very welcoming and this CL compliments their beautiful B&B. Thank you, we will return!
