Beautiful location, modern clean facilities. If coming from south beware first left at Wainhouse Corner turning to Rosecare, very challenging and the' unsuitable for caravans' signs both angled north so easy to miss. Correct road is second left when coming from south.

GREAT CL

This CL site is right up there with the best. The facilities are excellent - toilets and shower are modern and spotlessly clean. Wifi available at no charge covering all pitches.- much appreciated. Best suited to those looking for peace and tranquility. The nearby coastal path is pretty arduous around here and not for the faint hearted. Having said that we enjoyed a 3 hour circular walk down to Crackington Haven. Good pub and tea rooms plus beach at this venue. We used the car to reach other local attractions - would recommend a walk by the canal at Bude. A 2 hour circular walk is possible taking in the village of Upton and about one mile of the coastal path back to Bude - Highly recommended.

New Year Heaven

This is our second visit its just a fantastic site , The owners are so friendly, nothing is too much trouble , the site is immaculate with wonderful views and the facilities are to club site standard (yes really ) you won't be disappointed.

Even better

now with the fantastic new shower and toilets, you can be on the beautiful southwest coast path ten minutes walk from the site. Warm welcome from the delightful Val, so good I went twice.

Great place to visit

Stayed here August, and the site was full but still loads of room for everyone, Beautiful well maintained site, new shower and toilets fitted to a very high standard which are not the normal a cl but a great add on to and already wonderful CL, great centre for visiting Cornwall's many places of interest, would definitely stay here again, Thanks for a great stay

Fabulous

Fabulous hosts in Val and Peter. Fabulous site with peace tranquility. Fabulous site with great views. We can't speak highly enough of Val and Peter who were most helpful, accommodating, good fun to chat to and thoughtful enough to phone and check if we were OK as we had got the motor home stuck on one of the coast roads. The site has as good wash room facilities as club sites and are spotlessly clean. It is also a lovely tranquil spot ranging from level to gentle slope overlooking the rolling hills to the coast. Had we not pre booked further on we would be spending another 3 nights here, it's great. Thank you Peter & Val for a lovely stay.

Purrfect site

Sorry about the pun but just couldn't resist. Excellent site, lovely warm welcome from Val she greeted us with a welcome pack and local information, and the fact there was WiFi on site was an unexpected bonus. We only booked a couple of week before arriving. The facilities are second to none with an excellent shower in wet room style so suitable for anyone with mobility problems as there is plenty of room, there are two toilets and a utility/veg prep room all kept immaculately clean. Val even came around the site one day to inform everyone there had been a weather warning and possibly gale force winds so we could take appropriate action with the awnings. The site is ideally located for touring the area with plenty of places and beaches to visit. We will definitely use again when in the area.

Second stay at Cozy Cats and we were very impressed with the new toilets/shower facilities. Well recommended!

Can't beat it

Beautiful site, facilities are first class, couldn't want for more, new showers, toilets and utility room, spotless. Access is easy, views are real good. So quiet and peaceful, had a really relaxing holiday. Val and Peter are first class host. Friendly, helpful but not to intrusive. Will return.

One of the best...

Stayed on this beautiful cl for a walking holiday 11 days in April, and cannot recommend it enough. Booked specifically as it appeared to have such a perfect position smack bang in the middle of the North Devon coast, with access by foot in just 20 minutes of stunning walking down various rights of way to the coast. Perfect for a day's coastal walking in either direction in what I now consider the most beautiful and unspoilt coastal area of Cornwall (and I have now walked all of it). I was actually the first caravanner to try the brand new shower and toilet the very kind and considerate owners have just installed, and all I can say is please don't expect quality much different than would be expected on a top flight commercial site, as the new facilities are quite excellent. There are small shops on the A39 just 5 minutes away, but the nearest big supermarkets are located at Bude (15 minutes drive). Every beautiful coastal village between Rock and Clovelly (Inc Tintagel, St Isaac & Tintagel is easily accessible within 40 mins drive. Despite being a cattery it is extremely quiet and peaceful day and night (and I have a pop top caravan and am a light sleeper). The owners are ardent cat lovers, although will only share their passion if you are interested. The boarding cats are all lovingly housed in the sites cattery, which does not intrude on the beautiful site field one jot... In fact you never actually see a cat anywhere near the site field (I love cats, by the way)! To conclude, this is a beautiful all-in cl in a totally unspoilt area of Cornwall (not that easy to find these days) with superb and modern toilet/shower facilities. Ps... Having seen the passion and professionalism of the owners, I also have no hesitation in recommending the cattery too.. Superb....
