Outstanding CL site

We had a lovely three night stay here at this little gem. Our hosts Nick and Steph were very attentive both in welcome and saying goodbye. We had an unexpected visit from one of our daughters and they could not have been more accommodating. Lovely fresh eggs at a good price and lots of interesting rare breed sheep to see as well as the goats. There is a lovely spotless toilet, shower and washing up block with hot water all inclusive which is an added bonus. Signal for telephone and data is good at the site. There is a scenic walk round the small town which is very pleasant and we took our electric bikes out for a scenic jaunt around the minor roads. Further afield by car there are a myriad of beautiful places to visit. We will be back to visit this site and it's lovely hosts

Fantastic CL site.

Where to start? Arrived on a Friday for a long weekend with our grandchild. We kind of new that check in was at 2pm but called Steph who gladly accepted our early arrival. On arrival, no sooner than I had unhitched the caravan, Nick greeted us and showed us around the site detailing everything including the locality, where to drink and eat if we went out. Our grandchild was very excited to be taken into the field where Nick introduced her to the pet sheep, goats and chickens. Toilets and shower block were immaculate and within the same building was the washing up area. Level pitches and gravel laid for all vehicle access. A great feel about the place and beautiful scenery all around. Would highly recommend this site to anyone wanting a relaxing time away and a friendly reception from Nick & Steph.

First time stay at a CL

This was our first stay at a CL having only used Club sites previously. What a gem of a site. Immaculate shower and toilet block and water and EHU to each pitch. The site is set on a small holding with sheep, goats, chickens and ducks but is still very dog friendly. Owners Steph and Nick are very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed and also provided information about the local area. The local village is a 10 minute walk along the Riverside or via the road (along a pavement). We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the site to anyone visiting this area.

Fantastic place to visit. As first time in a Motorhome Steph and Nick gave us tips and made our two nights there very welcoming…even our unruly dog was made to feel welcome. Clean facilities, lovely surroundings and so much more….we will be back

Beautifully kept CL in lovely quiet location

Barons Court is a really well kept CL with lovely friendly owners. It is part of a small holding with chickens, sheep and goats. The site is a short walk to Llangadog with a couple of shops and pubs. It is also close to Llandeilo and the National Botanic Gardens. Easy access for our Celtic Rambler 8.5m Fifth Wheel. Easiest approached from the east leaving the A40 at Llandovery. Really lovely peaceful site, we will definitely be back.

Perfect!

A perfect CL run by the perfect hosts Steph and Nick. The hardstanding pitches have relaxing views of their animals grazing and the beautiful surrounding countryside. The CL is a short walk to the village of Llangadog where there are a a selection of pubs, cafes and shops. The butcher's selling local produce also make exceptionally good pies and the spit roast chickens are delicious. Lots of different walks from the site to keep the doggies happy as well as a field to let them off lead. One of our favourite sites which we will definitely visit again.

Excellent CL Site

What an excellent site, from the moment we arrived, Steph and Nick make you feel very welcome. A lovely clean site, peaceful and thoroughly enjoyable stay. The facilities are excellent. Nothing nicer than sitting in a tranquil area watching all the animals, goats, sheep, ducks, chickens and of course Steph and Nicks two dogs and their cats playing. It is our second time of staying here, and no doubt will be many more. Thank you Steph and Nick.

A New Year break

Decided on something different this year, spent 4 nights at Nick and Steph's CL, lovely stay. They contact you with the pitch number so you can just park up on arrival. Toilet block is relatively new and kept spotless. Includes a dish washing area, I visited it often! Weather was very grey but that didn't spoil things, when it did clear some lovely views. Electric and water on each pitch. No drive over waste for Mohos, that is not a criticism, just an observation. Sheep, goats and chickens will be your fenced in neighbours. Well stocked shop in village along with PO and well recommended butchers, shut during our visit. The Red Lion Hotel seemed to be the only watering hole open. At the time of our visit, no food was available so please check if dining out. Castle Hotel now closed. The Goose and Cuckoo showed no signs of life! Easy to find and according to Nick popular in the summer. Station in the village, well, through the village although limited services during our visit. Check out the Heart of Wales railway line for walks from station to station or part of. Rugby club just up the road, sporadic fixtures so check out first. All in all, just the ticket.
