Very attentive owners, beautfiul scenery

One week stay in May. Easy enough to find, gated entrance and well fenced perimeter is always a welcome find for those of us with families and dogs. Both are always kept under full control in our case, but reassuring in case of any mishaps. Effusive welcome from owners, both made a point of coming to find everyone on site multiple times each day to see how we all were and to talk to everyone. Lots of pet sheep and goats on site, all beautifully kept and very friendly. Very clean and modern washroom. What a pretty area of Wales! Lots of circular walks directly from the site, good village with a couple of small shops, a pub (although the kitchens were closed during our stay) and a good butcher. We visited Aberystwyth, Newcastle Emlyn, Lampeter and Carmarthern, as well as enjoying several walks in the Brecon Beacons. Area is well recommended for views, peace and walking. We have never seen so many Red Kites, commonly watched half a dozen or more at a time.

Campervan visit September.

This is a very well managed site with good shower and toilet block.Very peaceful area with widespread views from site, the animals were a bonus. Steph and Nick the owners were very helpful. The only thing missing was a campervan service point to access water and grid for grey water waste.

Excellent stay

We recently stayed at this lovely peaceful site. Owners were very welcoming and there was a nice walk into the village through field beside the river. On the evening before our departure Nick and Stef made a point of wishing us well on our onward journey. Would happily book again.

A cracking stay!

This really is a gem of a CL site, located with fabulous views of the black mountains. The village is a short walk and you find a really good local butchers and a general shop, plus good pubs with food. As for the site it is level, extremely clean and the facilities are just what you need. Nick and Steph welcomed us and gave us a tour of the livestock, there are also their own fresh free range eggs on sale really tasty too. Incredibly friendly couple, really couldn't do enough for you! Highly recommended. Nick and Steph.....you're just too good 😉

A friendly and welcoming site

This is a wonderful little site. Nik and Steph make you feel welcome from the time you arrive until you leave when they come and personally wish you well. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax Barons Court is the place for you. I look forward to our next visit

Lovely stay, hope to return

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Barons Court, access is straightforward, level hard standing pitch and no set way of positioning your caravan, good clean facilities and very helpful owners. We also enjoyed watching the goats and the sheep, and the eggs that we brought home from the chickens. Hope to return for another stay.

Paeceful weekend

Fabulous peacful weekend returning for the 2nd time and all is still exactly the same. Nick and Steph both very friendly and welcoming. Spotless facilities and site is local to Llangadog where there are a few pubs with restaurants and also good butchers. Will be back in October

Lovely 2 Weeks of peace and quiet

Just had 2 lovely weeks at Barons Court CL. One of the best CL’s we have ever stayed at. Lovely welcome from Steph and Nick who were always on hand for queries and advice of the local area. Stunning views around the site and lots of places to visit within a reasonable drive. Facilities on site kept immaculately. We liked it so much booked for another stay in September. A water outlet at each pitch is a definite bonus if you have a long pipe and ball clock for your water butt.

A Wonderful Site

This was our second visit to Nick & Steph’s wonderful small holding site. Nestled in a Black Mountain valley this site is a real gem with sheep (the Cameron sheep are extremely elegant) goats, chickens (fresh eggs available) dogs and a cat. There is water and hookup for each pitch, a clean and spacious shower and washing-up block, as well as recycling point. The site extremely peaceful and is a safe and secure base from which to explore the local countryside. Nick & Steph are always on hand to help out and offer advice on local attractions or just for a friendly chat. Barons Court is within easy reach the three villages of Llangadog, Llandovery and Llandeilo offering a good selection of cafés, restaurants, pubs and shopping. This site stands head and shoulders above the other campsites in the area. I would highly recommend a visit to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in the Welsh countryside.

Fantastic CL site

Stayed at this site a few times. What a fantastic site, really lovely owners, beautiful scenery and lots to see and do not too far away. Pitch 4 leaves you looking at the stunning mountain views. Two toilets and one large shower very well kept. The animals are part of the family for owners Nick and Steph and they will show you around the goats, chickens and the prettiest sheep I’ve ever seen. A must to visit.
