The lure of ehu

Just come off a Rally on an all singing and dancing commercial site.   They did a deal where the ehu was optional @£3 p/n.   28 vans 25 paid for ehu.  We didn’t refilled the gas bottle after we got back and it cost me £4.51, the bottle had been used for 4  nights on a clubsite so ehu and 3 nights non-ehu so 7 nights in total.

No moral to this story just numbers.

Sorry EasyT, never owned an electric kettle in any of our vans or a toaster! laughing Coffee in a cafetiere or stove top espresso and milk in a milk pan...but also the microwave on EHU if we've got it. Would really like a choice, especially in the summer.

Having chosen a lure rather than live bait,I was idly waiting your reply  before popping into the kitchen to make up a marinade. I can go now. laughing

All the sites I go to overseas (absolutely every one) give me the option of taking a hook up or not, but lots of independent sites I have used in the UK do so too. Why is this Club so far out of step?

Really? "Lots" of independent sites? I'll take your word for it but you must be using very different sites to us (not that I've ever asked if any of them give the option). Whilst I do agree that there is a case for offering the option I don't think the club is actually very far out of step with most comparable providers.

When I have the option of no EHU it is usually accompanied by a grass pitch
