PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING.

This thread is not for discussions. Post ONLY factual information.

To provide a comprehensive list of problems encountered, I would suggest that each post lists only one issue at a time.

Provide details of problem  as concisely as possible.

Operating system, machine used and relevant software. i.e. Macbook/ PC/tablet, Windows XP/ iOS7 etc, Safari/Internet Explorer/Chrome inc version No.

Please do not enter into discussions such as "I've had/not had this problem" as this will detract from the objectivity of the thread. Hopefully this thread may assist the IT department in finding where "all the bodies are buried".

PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING.

But does Head Office really care.  If they had been interested in their customers concerns they would have taken note of the examples supplied by users of their website over the past years and made the necessary improvements.

It has been suggested that they want the Club Together bolt-on to be closed to free up resources for their main site and for customers to use Facebook instead.  -----  By their lack of action that scenario is becoming a clear possibility.

I see the Lego men were out in force again this morning on the essential maintenance. Presumably not planned, as there was no warning.🛫🐖😉

I don't think it's as simple as that K. If it was then the problems would have been sorted long ago. I think they soon discovered with this upgrade that it was impossible to correct all the faults so they have tried to improve it just enough to keep it going and even only after a fashion.

I don't think the Club want everyone to switch to Facebook as the Club Facebook page is not set up to begin as forum. Fine for asking questions but not for discussions. CT has 400000 subscribers so the Club know that nowhere near that number would switch to Facebook.

I think if people want this forum to continue or be replaced they should write direct to the DG, if it becomes a problem for him it will get sorted!!!

I don't know how carefully or closely the forum is monitored (not moderated, a different matter altogether.) But it seems that unless the  club ask for info or responses directly on here little else is viewed on a day to day basis. All the effort and responses go into FB where the staff probably feel ok and are used to the format?

This popped up this morning. It seems we have a different team on the job. Perhaps things will start happening now.👍😂
