PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING.

This thread is not for discussions. Post ONLY factual information.

To provide a comprehensive list of problems encountered, I would suggest that each post lists only one issue at a time.

Provide details of problem  as concisely as possible.

Operating system, machine used and relevant software. i.e. Macbook/ PC/tablet, Windows XP/ iOS7 etc, Safari/Internet Explorer/Chrome inc version No.

Please do not enter into discussions such as "I've had/not had this problem" as this will detract from the objectivity of the thread. Hopefully this thread may assist the IT department in finding where "all the bodies are buried".

PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING.

I suggest it's time to close this thread as the 'IT' department obviously don't read and/or communicate to 'members'....or perhaps they simply don't read the points!

Couldn't agree more with you, EJB.

We're treated with contempt by both management and staff. Presumably they're just hoping we get used to this poor example of a website and accept it. My own contempt for the way the Club is run continues to grow.

I agree close it. It is now a complete waste of time even reporting any hic cups.

They may well be busy migrating it to camc.com and hopefully fixing the errors at the same time???????????

When was the last time anybody at the Club(?) bothered to respond on here? Their total indifference, for a business to their customers is appallingšŸ˜¤

Drum Roll Please Folks Well wait for this folks

I'm posting to say that I was able to use my Kindle Fire not only for reading, as has been the case since the 'upgrade' but for posting.  Wow, nothing from the staff to say something had been done in the way of tweaking things on the webpage, and I don't mean notifying me personally surprised

So just lets hope that there will be some action on the other snags noted within the 415 posts on this thread.  Especially for the CL owners, who still seem to be treated VERY badly with regard to searching and their reviews.

It's been 4 months since the 'upgrade', and still there are so many issues that don't appear to have been addressed yell

The snags were with the CC ,so they probably went with everything else CC when the new company was forced on ussurprised

Hi everyone, in our latest release we have solved a number of issues, including:

  • You can now comment more than once on a story without any problems
  • Quoted posts will now show the correct image
  • Members can now review a site more than once (UK & Overseas sites and CLs)

I’ll keep you posted on what we will be fixing in the next release.

Thanks
