PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING.

This thread is not for discussions. Post ONLY factual information.

To provide a comprehensive list of problems encountered, I would suggest that each post lists only one issue at a time.

Provide details of problem  as concisely as possible.

Operating system, machine used and relevant software. i.e. Macbook/ PC/tablet, Windows XP/ iOS7 etc, Safari/Internet Explorer/Chrome inc version No.

Please do not enter into discussions such as "I've had/not had this problem" as this will detract from the objectivity of the thread. Hopefully this thread may assist the IT department in finding where "all the bodies are buried".

PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING.

All platforms. ----

The forum Spell checker is set for American spelling. Please correct this failure in the system. The CC is a British company and should have a British spell checker.

example --- The word "colour" comes up with a spell check error BUT the American spelling "color" does not.

Hi Kennine,

The spell checker is not inherent to Club Together, but it runs off your browser settings. If your browser is set to English [US] (as is the default setting with a lot of devices), then the spell check on CT will run US English.

If you could try changing your browser settings and this should be resolved for you.

Nice one Rochelle I could be taken in if it was not for the fact that every other forum and website spell checker  works perfectly on all my systems, all giving UK spell checking.--------  Its not really a problem to ignore the CC spell checker. Which I am happy to do. yell

Cheers...............K

The thread titled 'utility tents on non awning pitches' is going straight to the home page. This is happening to all instances of the thread in that section. Android tablet.

K, the CT spell checker is a bit like the Loch Ness Monster. A few claim to have seen it, but the rest of us know that it just doesn't exist. Honest!cool

This thread needs a tabulated list of reported problems eg a spreadsheet , showing operating systems, browsers, type of problem, CC acknowledgement, CC IT task number, and status. A 'to do' list.!

A link to a google document  would do the trick. CC are using Google slides elsewhere on this site so shouldn't be a problem.

I think it's better for the staff to spend their time fixing problems rather than compiling complicated spreadsheets simply for our, correction, your benefit CnC. I'm not interested in a flipping s/sheet, I just want to see the improvements carried out.

There is, of course, nothing to stop you compiling a s/sheet from the points that have been raised. You could screenshot it and post the picture.

Yes, that seems to have happened from the beginning and there appears to be the same thread started by EasyT? I had already reported this problem to Rochelle.
