PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING.

This thread is not for discussions. Post ONLY factual information.

To provide a comprehensive list of problems encountered, I would suggest that each post lists only one issue at a time.

Provide details of problem  as concisely as possible.

Operating system, machine used and relevant software. i.e. Macbook/ PC/tablet, Windows XP/ iOS7 etc, Safari/Internet Explorer/Chrome inc version No.

Please do not enter into discussions such as "I've had/not had this problem" as this will detract from the objectivity of the thread. Hopefully this thread may assist the IT department in finding where "all the bodies are buried".

PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING.

Can only see whole page width if I use my Galaxy tab4 in landscape format. If using in portrait half the page is missing, so cannot logon/off, scroll to other pages etc.

TG it may be there is a specific problem with the Galaxy tab. However on my iPad if I use it in portrait, the loss of the logon/off and other menus   is replaced by a small green box with three horizontal lines, in the top right. If I touch on this I get all the menus and the option to logon/off.

Hi everyone,

I’m pleased to inform you that the problem with the Meadows CL reviews (and others similarly named) has been resolved. Each of the Meadows’ reviews should be showing correctly now, and the team are working on Greenacres next. Please note that these links need to be amended manually across the board, but we are working on them. This should be fully resolved by next week.

In the next release (which should be live by the middle of next week), we will also have fixes for CLs with similar names all appearing in the dropdown menu (all will now appear instead of just one) and the ‘search by facility’ function will be working correctly.

Thanks, I have the two green boxes but when tapped they do nothing, just checked it on OH's tab and its the same, however on his phone it works the same as you discribe. The scroll bars work ok, I have to keep turning my tab back and forth. Oh and the smilies don't work on my tab either.

The other funny thing that is happening with my tab is the photo of everyones Avatar isn't central to the square, its at the bottom right hand corner and I only see the the top left of the photo, if that makes any sense.

As far as I can tell avatars appear on some equipment but not on others, inconsistent as to each avatar on each piece of equipment!  Laptop windows 10 Firefox, Kindle Fire and Samsung S5 phone.  I know the website not Kindle friendly so only view on there, but avatars appear for people who don't have them on other equipment.  Ho Hum.  I presume it will all be fixed at some point undecided.

I'm using my laptop now and typing is lagging behind something awful yell.  My phone offers 'best' viewing and use at present but I dislike that fact that the screen is so small.

Strange to say but it is better to access and use the site on my Kindle fire hdx  than on my  Windows ten laptop. I am using the Kindle hdx now to send this message from a CC site where the site WiFi has been down since yesterday but no problem accessing this website as a member.

It would seem that when someone posts a review it is also appearing in the ask the expert section as a new thread, in its own section.

So a review posted by jkwallis at 9:05 also appeared in ask the expert, in a section named Moreton in Marsh Caravan Site. See screen shot below. OK it only stayed there until somebody else posted something. However, it needs sorting before we get into the more busy times, otherwise reviews will be flagging up quite frequently.
