PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING.

This thread is not for discussions. Post ONLY factual information.

To provide a comprehensive list of problems encountered, I would suggest that each post lists only one issue at a time.

Provide details of problem  as concisely as possible.

Operating system, machine used and relevant software. i.e. Macbook/ PC/tablet, Windows XP/ iOS7 etc, Safari/Internet Explorer/Chrome inc version No.

Please do not enter into discussions such as "I've had/not had this problem" as this will detract from the objectivity of the thread. Hopefully this thread may assist the IT department in finding where "all the bodies are buried".

PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING.

Hi everyone,

Thanks again for keeping this list updated. We have been logging these issues alongside our own lists, and I am happy to announce that we have a release of fixes ready to go into the website next week. Examples of things we will be fixing are:

  • We will remove the ‘scroll bars’ from around each post
  • ‘Last post’ on discussions homepage will now show last poster, not the first
  • All reviews will show in chronological order
  • Duplicate posts – the Reply button will become ‘unclickable’ once it has been clicked, hopefully stopping duplicate posts
  • Photos will not need to be scrolled through when enlarged – whole photo will appear

I’ll continue to keep you updated with each release, if you have any questions please let me know.

Thanks for the update Rochelle. Is it possible to condense the "Latest Activity List"  firstly by only showing an update for a thread, not for every post in it and secondly by reducing spacing so more can be shown before having to click "Show More".

The clickable green headings on the left of the pages (thread titles) seem even paler and more difficult to read this morning.

Hopefully the 'web designer'? with 20/20 vision will be replaced by a normal person and readable text will be discovered?

They seem exactly the same to me as they were previously using my PC.

Clicking on the latest post in New to Caravaning and Touring (Utility Tents on Non Awning Pitches) takes me to the home page rather than a discussion.
