PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING.

This thread is not for discussions. Post ONLY factual information.

To provide a comprehensive list of problems encountered, I would suggest that each post lists only one issue at a time.

Provide details of problem  as concisely as possible.

Operating system, machine used and relevant software. i.e. Macbook/ PC/tablet, Windows XP/ iOS7 etc, Safari/Internet Explorer/Chrome inc version No.

Please do not enter into discussions such as "I've had/not had this problem" as this will detract from the objectivity of the thread. Hopefully this thread may assist the IT department in finding where "all the bodies are buried".

PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING.

They do appear to work on W7 and Firefox CY, at least at the lower levels. The big drawback is the flags only change when you log off not when you have read the posts and the "Latest activity" is next to useless. This morning the list is just full of one topic for at least three clicks of "show more" and if you log onto the site for other reasons than looking at the discussion pages and then log off without reading the discussions all the new post indicators are lost. This can mislead you to thinking the new posts flags are inaccurate when you next look at the discussion pages.  I would like to see a more condensed verison of the "Latest activity" or at least, for some improvement exclude the "Solcial Room" from the list, these being of the least value. Some indication of new posts at the primary level would be good as well.

Bru I posted a link this morning without problem on the Duvalay mattress thread.

Thanks Peedee, possibly a transient fault with links and photos? Also I can see "new" posts clearly highlighted in green from you and CY, I'm using a laptop, W10, Chrome this morning.

Even after successfully logging in changing pages on a post sometimes stalls to a standstill - I am on fibre fast broad band so it is not my system which is slow.

Please sort out CL searches as a priority

When I enter a county search I don't want to scroll through every town in the UK just the towns in the county!

The filter buttons don't work when I search on my I-Pad

This thread is showing 5 new posts when in actual fact since I last logged off there are only three!

P.S. now showing 6 including this one.

I think these problems are occurring because a new search is not being selected. The search facility doesn't like you just changing the parameters without going to a new search. e.g. if you do not select "All counties" before changing towns in the county it does come up with a country wide list of towns. Perhaps the addition of a "clear" button to conduct another search might be of assitance in stopping the above problems.

We are getting Camping Cheques however when I went to the CC link for them to check on where they can be used, you cannot select a country from the drop down list.
