Hi all,

I've started a new discussion for the server errors as the previous one went off topic at times.

We apologise that you have been experiencing these. Please can you report these in this discussion and I will monitor to forward to the IT team.

Many thanks.

Just an aside here. I was on another forum and a poster had put the same question on three forums but only relied to two of them. When I asked if they had seen the replies here they said hadn't bothered because they kept getting server errors. I just wonder how many posters are being put off, a lot I imagine?

This problem, in its current phase, has been going on for two weeks and there has been no discernable improvement. Surely someone somewhere knows what is going on?

David

I keep walking away DK, it’s just not worth the hassle at the moment. I was trying to check some Site details as well, but getting problems elsewhere than CT.

+1, I try-if I get the errors or the incessant buffering I leave it & walk. It’s just not worth the effort. Sitting stressing time & again is not good for the BP๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

+2,  now i look in first thing in the morning whilst having coffee, check if there may be some useful information that might interest me, try to read and then move away and do something useful, no good stressing over server errors yell

Another here that checks and runs if there's erors/slow etc.

Can't believe the clubs feedback all round. Where I worked a sniff of this would have had questions asked, answers demanded and it would be checked on until it was right.... I think this speaks volumes for the clubs attitude. Its a public forum can be read by anyone and their reputation is being trashed.....

Same here just cannot get on at all, what is happening Rowena?  really would like some feedback. Is it the new booking procedures taking all the system and the rest not working well.

Now a member of CCC I have found their systems seem far more member friendly and staff very quick to answer any questionssurprised

Although it did take them best part of a year to get My bookings sorted out.๐Ÿ˜‰ Although I do like the fact it also displays past bookings, where as they disappear on the CAMC version once you arrive.

Not had any problems making a booking though, which is more than can be said for this site, if I had wanted to make one this morning. It took me multiple attempts and many minutes just to log on. If the C&CC had a convenient site they would have got my business. More so when the CAMC starts charging deposits, there absence at the moment might  just about make the haste worthwhile.

The web site is working ok when not signed in, I can view all sections fairly easily although it's slow. As soon as I sign in everything grinds to a halt throughout the whole web site, not just the forum.

I have to say at this point I've always liked the forum design and format, when working it's a refreshing change from other types of more impersonal standardised set ups.

The search facility has never worked efficiently.

Just now I've struck lucky and could sign in and post. Let's see if my post appears in seconds rather than minutes or not at all! I haven't found it device specific, the variations occur across the board.

If any of this is due to a new build booking system I would accept the explanation and hope to see improvements. But there has been no explanation so sadly complaints will continue. Not being able to use the main parts of the web site is a big concern.

I appreciate Rowena has tried to initiate further contact and information over this problem.

These problems are nothing new. It is abundantly clear that CAMC have neither the will nor the skill to sort it.
