Hi all,

I've started a new discussion for the server errors as the previous one went off topic at times.

We apologise that you have been experiencing these. Please can you report these in this discussion and I will monitor to forward to the IT team.

Many thanks.

Another week goes by without any information on when this debacle is going to be resolved. It did seem to work a little faster yesterday, however is very slow again this morning but not as bad as earlier in the week. Just to be told that these variations are an attempt to sort the problem would be nice, rather than the complete lack of communication. Unfortunately I suspect the speeding up is a result of fewer and fewer folk bothering to access the site. If their intention is to kill off CT, I would say they are doing an excellent job,

I gave up after 4 attempts yesterday, so whatever the root cause is it isn't consistent. Surely the problem affects the revenue of a C L if people are unable to use the site for search.

As I said up thread , go on Trustpilot and put a negative review , you will get an answer in a couple of hours ,although the answer is a load of tosh surprised

I have just e-mailed this via the complaints section in contact us link at bottom of home page:-

Is anybody monitoring the comments across numerous threads at present being made on the platform.
Access to some areas of the website is proving problematic and very slow to many members using a range of devices.
On Club Together and Discussions it is a frequent occurrence not to be able to access a thread and when you can it takes a long time to open. Upon attempting to add to a thread your post may not appear for several minutes, by which time you think it will not appear and then re-post.
This is what some have described as the shop window for the forum and does not look good.
Can we please have some action on getting the system to operate as it should be.

Thank you - Colin

I couldn’t access the whole website last night. Buffer, buffer buffer all night long. ☹️ I went off and watched some glue dry instead……yep, really. Time better spent.

Just now:

0.16 milliseconds my end to send request for 'Discussion' page

3.1 minutes waiting at CAMCs end

1.5 milliseconds eventually to download

I wonder what would happen if we phoned in our concerns?

Your call is important to us - please continue to hold....

Then of course the final insult, they cut the call.

The website is the equivalent without the music and acknowledgement that you want to reach them......

Meth, I would think that type of info would be really useful to those who are working hard to resolve the issue🙂. I do so hope they are monitoring the factual posts.
