Any idea how to permanently get rid of this irritating orange pop up box (have a question) on the bottom left of my screen.  Seems to have started this morning.

This is going to lose Club customers! I tried twice yesterday to access CL website pages. Both times I got the orange box and the live chat. The whole page just locks up, nothing works. No question posted, no access to live chat, and cannot make the page do anything. Use an iPad. Clearly once again the Clubs attempts at "improving things" doesn't work with Apple devices. Good job Apple devices aren't popular!undecided

Back to the handbook until all the tinkering ends. A not happy customer who will be giving out nothing but negative feedback to others! First rule of marketing......keep your existing customer base happy before you attempt to find more!

As in.. Banks, Building Socities, Insurance companies, Energy Suppliers etc.etc. who all chase new customers and mostly ignore existing ones.

Like you, ttda, I was trying to navigate the CL area yesterday and gave up. Poor CL owners have really had it bad since this super-duper new website was launched, haven't they?

It's everywhere else but the forum.

Yes it is on the forum Jill.  As Bakers2 says, it is now green and not blue.  It is in the bottom left hand corner.yell

Not on mine 'millie', it went yesterday and the forum is clear of it with only the main website pages having the green question box, which previously was orange.

They also seem to have stopped it locking up my iPad, when you minimise. Although you still have to minimise again every time you go to a new page, as it comes back normal size. ☹️

A don't show me this again option would be nice.πŸ˜€

Don't encourage them. The last thing we want is a talking pop-up.

Perhaps they could link it to Siri, then you could talk to it.πŸ˜‚

Edit

other talk to interfaces are available.

It was causing my iPad problems this morning up to about 11.30 so I rang the web team who said they had just switched it off.   It has gone back into trials and QA so let’s hope it stays there!
