Arrival times

just booked a few weeks at the blackpool south club site .But it now seems that they have altered the arrival time from 12 to 1 o-clock I can go along with that as its a very narrow lane outside so no room to queue with out causeing a traffic jam . My gripe (complaint) is that sites don,t enforce the leave time we have seen people in caravans leaving at 4pm at blackpool and believe it or not 2 leaving southport site at 6.30pm (caravans) you can,t tell if motorhomes are leaving or just nipping out so come on club sites lets have some rules everybody has to stick to in fairness to all members.

We could progress to the spoken word, try this one...

So to sum it up

Don't arrive early because it will cause queues, with people queuing in the road outside, in the arrivals area, in the LNA area, and probably a few others that I got bored reading..... and this will cause problems.

Instead, if we could all arrive at 1pm, the barriers will be miraculously parted, and we will all be able to enter at the same time, safely, without causing any safety or other issues.

Maks sense to me 😂😂😂, you couldn’t make it up

yes, far better to all be driving around the site at the same time, all searching out the elusive 'best pitch' without going over 5mphwink

as you say, you couldn't make it up...undecided

Old time music hall talk nowwink

Why dont you just admit to getting your "half and halve" confused and get on with your usual role of being the defender of the club and all its works?wink

Whoops they beat me too it

I'll bow to your superior English there Davo on current usage.

PS I like your alternative or 'confused' spelling of nitpicking, metre, humour and damnsmile

I do wonder how the club manages to be so popular? I mean some people must like the way things are done?

Well there are plenty of things in life that I may not agree with, might even say something when I don’t agree, such as work, marriage, kids, 😁 this country etc, but that doesn’t mean I would just leave.

That would be rather extreme, especially as in this case we are talking about a few hours ..... but each to their own
