Why shouldn't it last? It's in the pets section and has nothing to do with caravanning. Providing posters remember that, there'll be no reason for any action.

That article sums up the irresponsible and inconsiderate attitude of too many people these days, whether they be dog owners or not.

I have not followed a doggy thread for some time, but thought they were getting wrapped up into a single thread for some unknown reason?!

Agree (...just perhaps not quite as ....strongly!) btw! Laughing

The single thread is Caravanning With Dogs, CJ. This isn't about caravanning with them so is in the right place.

Anything else would be contrary to the European Convention of Human Rights!

It's primarily about the owners rather than the dogs, Bob. I really, really, really don't like bad owners so this is good if it helps educate a few.

Absolutely right Tinny, this isn't an anti dog post it's about asking a tiny minority of owners to be a little more responsible.

for the record I do not assume everyone likes dogs and as mine is a trained gundog I do not encourage folk other than me interacting too much with her. As a counter to the Point of this post why do people assume that its ok to tell my dog to sit and or to throw a ball for her. ???

I have even had people offering her biscuits, and that's dog owners who should know better.
