Glad to hear all well with Mr H. When my Mum had hers done she said she felt 10 years younger, she had much more confidence going out.

Very cold last night but no frost this morning, good drive to the CL at lunchtime, all sorted then lunch and off to see the Gkids, they didn't know we were coming so big hugs and smiles all round. Had lovely meal courtesy of DIL.

Hospital this morning to return a heart monitor. Glad to be rid after a week as I had a near constant desire to scratch beneath where it was stuck to my chest smile

That's really bad luck, Helen, as I'm almost certain that we'll be in the area then.

Helen - We're booked in at Hartendale Farm for last week in June and leaving the day before Ian arrives (whenever that iswink).

Wherenext : I had Hartendale Farm on my list, but we will be a couple of miles away at Branwood. Perhaps we will bump into you birdwatching at Bempton. undecidedsmile

Shame we will miss Ian too.cry

Fingers crossed for the results once results they have been analysis ed.  It's amazing how knowing you can't do something makes it all the more appealing. On the rare ocassion we have someone in to do some work I have a urge to do housework. Second they leave so does the urge 😂

Today started off VERY frost. It took ages to defrost the cars. It is now raining. Mr H had his follow up appt after his cataract op this afternoon. All good. Left eye to be operated on 7th March. Hopefully we will be able to get away with caravan shortly after that. smile

We'll arrange for a meeting. I'll drop you a line nearer the time. We're away down south for Spring and get back home around about the 7th. June so a couple of weeks to recycle the mail, clean the van etc.

Haven't been to the Yorkshire coast for quite a number of years so looking forward to it.

Hello Malcolm.  Wondered how you were as I've not seen a post for ages. Stay warm.
