Well family arrived just before 4pm sat in the garden and had very quick catch up before they headed off about 5.20pm to go to BBQ party, won't be back to sleep, but have left the dog. We'll meet them at the pub for lunch as its on their way back to us. Dog delighted to see us so once they'd gone we headed off to the local estate for a two hour walk, comfortably warm with light breeze to take away the closeness linden blossom still wonderful. Hopefully few !ore hours with them tomorrow afternoon.

All packed up ready for going home tomorrowSad. Family already left to return to N.Ireland via a few days with DIL's brother and family in Scotland. Off to the village pub this evening for a last might meal.Happy

Wow that seemed to pass quickly. Glad you had a lovely time with the family. At least no washing up for you tonight and as you've already packed up you can have as lie in and slow  start to being off by noon .  Then when you get home you can start putting things away washing and catching up with the garden.  I understand been warm and damp Peterborough way so there'll be plenty of growth

Write your comments here..

Thanks Bakers, looking forward to all of thatSurprisedSad. Glad your son's dog delighted to see you. Have a lovely day with them all tomorrow.Happy

Millie, sounds like you had a good holiday. Hope things haven't gone on the rampage in your garden, I'm sure it wont take long to get things sorted. Smile
