Sorting out kit after Fishing Guiding day yesterday up in the hills. Was surprisingly cold for July with almost no fly life (Global warming)> Off again tomorrow to Clywedog and guiding there.  Hard life and wont be away in the van this week.

It's comfortable here in Worthing with the weather as it is now. Not too hot and not too cold, just right. Granted it's not the kind of weather for sunbathing or lying on the beach and you wouldn't want to be swimming in the sea either but for normal day to day tasks, it's the kind of weather I like.

Just had a topsy turvy couple of days as we've had our 30+ year old hot water system(tank and all) replaced. Had to move all sorts of things so all radiators etc could be drained down. Gave us a good excuse to do some reorganising

all done now, nice neat job, trouble is we've now got the heating on to test the system and check for airlocks. It's a bit warm

Busy day today and nice and sunny not hot but very pleasant. OH finished off the fitting of the tow bar on my car, he just had the electrics to do today having fitted the tow bar yesterday and fitted a new rear spring. He's very handy to have I think I'll keep him around for a bit longerWink

I decided as it was a nice dry day I would clean the inside of the van. Everything has been cleaned within an inch of its life, carpets steam cleaned, toilet steam cleaned, and I even steamed the net blinds on the windows, I have struggled with getting them clean in the past but today I had a brain wave and used the steam on low with the attachment for doing curtains, it worked a treatSmile

Edit, IanH good news about HenrySmile

Oh dear, I am in a foreign country where I do not speak the language - nor have had any tuition in it - have left my passport behind.

Bless you Wales for understanding my predicament.

Powys Castle - wonderful!,  Chirk tomorrow, where next? LLandidrod wells?  You have been warned!
