No because if I do 30 miles commute from Gatwick, I will need to top up the charge at the car dealer servicing bay before I start work. So I will be using their power for my work.

Commuting, shopping etc. is personal use.

No because it's none of their business! I'm paying for electric hook-up within my site fees and it's up to me which appliances I use within the 16 amps allowed.

Are you that naïve?

What will you do if they say no, or charge you extra to charge the EV

EHU is provided on the assumption that it is to supply "domestic" requirements. Charging EV's doesn't fall within that assumption. Any significant utilisation for this purpose will soon get the attention of site operators as it is likely to make significant impact on their operating costs. For Malcolm, it might be fun while it lasts but a bill will arrive eventually.

we have a right to post wherever as everyone has a right to reply. If the mods think its in keeping with the forum then I guess everything is ticketyboo

You are exactly right, we do have the right to post as long as the posts comply with the clubs T&C’s.  However 3 threads of one individuals dogma is no joke🚗😑👀🤑

Perhaps the pointless thing is that people tend to over engage on certain subjects and their posters. Whilst no rules are being broken all I can say is the solution is in your own hands?
