It's good to hear that members of CT are receiving their vaccinations, good luck to all those yet to have theirs. It seems like a long haul till we get everyone sorted and hear the results of the present vaccines.

I'm leaving this open for non political comments as per the guidelines. Hope you can add your own experiences and thoughts.

My first jab comes up tomorrow, I'm so glad we have research institutions that have got us this far! And I am planning breaks away in the hope of improvements on the horizon.

We've never done the pharmacist route, just get them delivered. Also the 'children' get them from work as they're supposed to test twice weekly.

I did the pharmacy thing because the first time I tried the website wouldn’t let me in to order for delivery. I know it’s hard to believe that a website could be that temperamental but….🤷🏻‍♂️

Now I do recall we had a slight problem, something to do with the post code being written in a particular order? Now it just remembers what we put in last time.

I thought and hope that those of a certain age and above will continue to get supplies FOC 👍. Not that the two of us have used more than about a dozen or so LFT's between us since they became available.

And if you're wondering what to do with all those empty lateral flow boxes here's one our daughter "made earlier" with one of her art groups. wink

Has anybody any idea about how it works when one goes "over the border" with regard to getting a code to collect a pack from a pharmacy? We head off into Scotland next week and I wonder if we order a pack on line each can we use the code given to collect them up there?

We have got all our Lateral Flow Tests from our local council. They have been handing them out for many months now. I imagine this will soon stop but we do have a reasonable stock of them.
