following on from the early arrival story, which I completely agree with if it says 1pm then it should be 1pm. To add to thus we arrived at the required time at Castleton to find 2 units already their booking in, when we finally were let in there was a caravan outfit behind us didn’t take a great deal of notice until we arrived at the service pitches of which there are 8 ish in on separate area and found a women stood on a pitch saving it for the outfit behind us. Total cheek and disrespect for not only the rules but also fellow members

Seems to me that a lot of people’s blood pressure must be raised when going to camp sites ,with all of this “ rule breaking “ . Me ,I just book in and find whatever pitch is vacant ,go back to the office and get on with my holiday ,I don’t care what other people are doing

For “rule breaking “ the words I’ve used in inverted comers I should have used the word “scenario “

im just giving my opinion of this situation and as I said I’m really not bothered , there are enough pitches for everyone so why the rush to try and beat the queue

That’s in your opinion, PD, not fact. My opinion differs.

It is fact because I do it most if not all of the time unless I am short staying then I will have enough water on board anyway.. Thank goodness my next outing is to a site where all I have to do is pick up the site information and pitch allocation off the arrivals board.

I see. I thought you’d discovered a rule I wasn’t aware of.

PD, you said "There is no difference between any of the meathods if you have paid and entered the site" but that is clearly opinion and your latest quoted post isn’t logical in that context.

To you but to others I would be surprised if it wasn't.
