Call me old fashioned then JVB but if I have a booking with any company I expect them to notify me directly should they wish to change their terms and conditions. That is what normally happens is it not? I don't keep looking at commercial sites to see if they have amended terms and conditions, would you?

I don't understand that last point - purely put of interest,   why would you not give the club your mobile phone number? If you tour for several weeks to a series of sites as you do, wouldn't that be the easiest way for them to contact you if unexpected circumstances arose?

It would if I wished for them to contact me  on route. However I don't.  

I did not remove, it but as it seems more often these days age, is also not permited as is not in the modern day" politically correct"speak 

So if a site you were booked into while on tour ,had a major issue ,  you would just turn up at the locked gates, where you could been made aware by a voice message on you answer phone ,
