Fresh Water Solutions

We are brand new newbies and looking forward to our first ever motorhome trip in March.

We'd like to pick experienced brains about fresh water carriers please.  We started out looking at a 40 litre Aquaroll but think it might be too bulky as we have nowhere really on board to store it.  The Fiamma 23 litre looks more compact but might be too small.  And to get water from the carrier into the onboard tank we seem to need some kind of submersible pump but can't see if the smaller carriers are compatible with this, or what additional pipes, connectors or kits might be needed to go with it.

Any advice gratefully received.  Hope these aren't stupid questions but you've got to start somewhere!

Stayed on lots of Racecourse sites, in fact prefer them to be honest. Wincanton is a sad loss. Never been to likes of Donnington Park, Mallory etc.... so not sure of what goes on therelaughing

Waste points are not a pet hate, we cope fine anywhere with a hosepipe and a bucket, but others may prefer/require  something different. Club Site options are not usually the easiest, either in terms of location or manual handling requirements.smile

OH has done a lot of motor racing and I thought the OP meant race tracks where you need to be pretty self sufficient. There are usually good wash blocks nearby.

My thoughts as well brue, rather than staying on horse racing courses. Hopefully OP can tell us a bit more, lots of folks stay at motor racing events.

We used to use the Trax sites, Hexham, Wetherby etc... Hexham still has a nice campsite, both vans and tents. Women's facilities were ok, but men's were not so good.
