I've just seen this on Facebook. Someone is making a cl from scratch and has listed the cost so far. It looks a major civil engineering job but makes interesting reading.

There is a trend towards year round use of vans these days to justify the buying costs and more flexible working or early retirements, That leads to year round site opening and with our weather the need for the infrastructure. There are I recognise a limited number who seek "minimalism" but I suspect the majority want more, with the added cost of setting up. As an interest can someone pinpoint this site by post code or similar. Interested in seeing it
