Ukulele players

Whenever I go away with my motorhome, I always pack a ukulele. Needless to say I always play it  reasonably quietly indoors so as not to upset fellow caravaners! But, it would be really nice, if there was the interest, to arrange a weekend meet of members who also love and play this versatile little instrument. Maybe there are a number of peopke who play other instruments and/or sing too, and who who be happy to do a musical weekend? It really is a joyous way to spend a couple of days. Not asking for commitments at the moment but just a hands up as a show of interest, so that I know if it is a “goer” or not. Love to hear from you!!

A sense of humour is necessary on here. wink

Totally agree with you brue, it is easy to assume that somebody has no sense of humour just because they disagree with people taking the mick out of a genuine and a social idea. Please don't try and post to me as though I am new to this forum, I am fully aware of the good and bad points on this. I have (in my opinion) a great sense of humour, so please don't make assumptions like that.

I think that it is a cracking idea. I would not wish it within earshot personally but that is another story and no slight intended.
