I am a member of the Club.  I live in Scotland. I am a member of a centre (but cant remember which one)

I would like to attend an interaction meeting i.e. NOT an AGM.

I would like the Caravan Club to organise this.  I am NOT volunteering to do it for them.

I do not have any Caravan Club badges to pin on my lapel.

Any one else in the same situation?  We can start a list.

 I do agree with your sentiments.

I dont have CC badges on my lapel or CC medalions round my neck,    nor do I have the inside of my van plastered with little  bits of plastic. 

If I qualify   You can add me to your list .

If the members in other regions can organise theses things then surely someone up here could do it. Location could be a problem though as where ever you have it some of the membership will still be over a hundred miles away.

You could always hitch up and take a break to include one of the other meetings?

Take a look at all the Meet the Member events, these are held at Club Sites so there is nothing to stop any of those who would like to attend but have no desire to actually do anything to facilitate the event, booking a pitch like any other member and being on site during the event. The more the merrier... make a weekend of it why don't you

Thanks micksf for that link. I was at the CC event yesterday organised by the volunteers of the Central & West Region. One of the volunteers told me he's been asking for a hierarchical explanation of the Club for many years. Looks like he was successful but didn't know it!

I am not active in the CC - other than using sites - although that did not stop the West Central Group, which represents four Centres, contacting me about its event and making me feel welcome. I enjoyed the Q&A and buffet afterwards, won a box of chocolates in the raffle, and enhanced my understanding of the CC.

The Scots have the 'Scottish Caravan Club' which represents 7 Centres so I would suggest anyone who wants to know what is going on contacts them.
