I have just read a review on a cc site in the West Midlands where the wardens have put up a" name& shame"board,as they are having trouble with speeding .I know this as I have recently returned from said site. The poster of the review has put that they think it's,and I quote "a bit pathetic" .That to me is an insult to the wardens,as they are at least attempting a positive reaction to an ongoing problem .Any views on this? .Rant over .

There as an old guy on an electric buggy doing 8 mph on the A38 dual carriageway the other day with traffic flying round him.  He'd get stopped on a club site.

The speed limit applies to all vehicles, including cycles on CC sites so he would be breaking the 5mph rule.

He was initially travelling in the wrong direction on the dual carriageway, was seen on camera and subsequently stopped by the police and taken to a place of safety.

Laughing  True but he would probably have been over taken by a few wardens on their tractor before he was stopped Wink.

But  that's  caused  by  the  speed  the  grass  grows  at  --  due  of  course  to  it's  loving  treatment  by  all  users  Laughing
