Bawdsey Radar is where operational radar was developed that helped with th Battle of Britain. This 1937 Transmitter Block has been conserved and is home to an exhibition telling the story of the people who worked in top secret to protect Britain. There is a childern's trail too: Be a Bawdsey Boffin! Dogs are welcome in the grounds only. Motorhome parking available, contact venue directly for more details.
