Summer Heatwave
We booked this site during the pandemic. At the time of our stay the Republic had not fully opened but the facilities block was open with the exception of the recreation and tv room. Restaurants and cafes etc with outdoor dining were I bit hard to find during this time. The site is a bit isolated with the nearest shop being about 7 miles. The weather just made it. No Mediterranean or far flung holidays due to COVID but who needs that when you have a heatwave of around 30deg c.
