A gem of a site and the wardens simply lovely and so helpful Great dog walk just outside the site plus woods beyond and of course the beach easy walk from the site into North Berwick a lovely town with plenty of shops and if you must there is a Tesco on the edge of town. The walk to the village of Dirleton easy with a choice of a pub or a hotel in the village Spoilt for choice regarding golf courses - some green fees beyond the range of most folk - £1000 for a round of gold at Archerfield but others The Glen at North Berwick much more reasonable and a lovely links course. However at busy times - we were there during a bank holiday - the site can be very busy and the pitches seem very close together.
