We found this site ideal as we were visiting friends and family for the weekend.  We were there for 3 nights and it was bitterly cold weather.  I mention this as on our last night we went to bed, toasty warm but, in the small hours woke up really cold. No power in the van, therefore no overnight heating. I'd assumed a power cut. Once light I discovered a van behind us had pulled out our cable, plugged in his own and chucked ours on the grass, it was minus 2 degrees that night. Why he did that I've no idea as he wouldn't open his door but so talked to the site managers,  who were stunned by this and couldn't be more helpful. I still can't get over how selfish and inconsiderate some people can be, especially as a power post had plenty of spare sockets even closer to him than where ours was connected was available.  I cannot conceive of a circumstance where I'd behave so appallingly on a site.
