Excellent Site

Our third visit to White Water Park Club Site. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The site is lovely. Beautifully maintained. We will definitely be visiting again.

A gem of a site

Such lovely Staff and a real gem of a park. Amazing gem of a site, white water park, beautiful walks along the river, Asda within walking distance, flower displays a delight. Lovely and clean. Never been before but arranged to meet my sister there, whilst waiting to go into site someone pointed out that there was brown water running out of my engine on Motorhome (still under guarantee). Turns out it was a hose clip come loose. Luckily my brother in law looked at it and my insurance covered someone coming out to repair it. The staff were so good they guided me to nearest plot as were worried about engine seizing. They were very helpful and concerned as I was a lone traveller. There was some trouble during the night on the camp with people crashing through the barriers and police was called (I slept through all the noise) I have to say the staff were calm and composed about it all the next day, despite one of them being assaulted. They had praise and concern for all on the site and the police and took everything calmly and in their stride. Will definitely be visiting again.

Short break in Middlesbrough

What a lovely site had a great pitch where we got the sun all day long. Wardens kept the site in 1st class condition especially all the flowers. Great views to the white water center and a handy beefeater only next door if you like that sort of thing. Lovely bike ride to stockton and Norton along the river and a handy asda down the side walkway ( 10 mins max walking) Only downside we found was that both mens and womens shower/toilets were shut for cleaning between 10am till 12 needed a wee before we left after emptying toilet in van. I would recommend this site

We extended our stay…….again….we love it here

Spur of the moment booking for a birthday for 2 nights….managed to get a full serviced pitch with more or less all day sun. As usual the site is immaculate and the flowers are amazing….well done to all the wardens. We only live less than half an hour away but this site is a little gem….you just don’t know you have the A66 and A19 a short distance away. Lovely quiet walks down to the river…we managed to spot 6 seals this time 👍. If anyone has never tried the Beefeater, we would highly recommend..make sure you sign up to their website to get a discount voucher though. Steaks are amazing. We enjoyed ourselves so much…and because weather was gorgeous..we decided to stay another 2 nights….going home to work and then back at teatime….and another visit to the Beefeater. Only criticism we have is the strange smell in the shower/toilet blocks…not a dirty smell but rather a smelly water smell!! We will be back soon….Helen and Mark x P.S. If your reading this, you know who you are….we did come down to see you paddle boarding but couldn’t find you …..can only presume you were up the Stockton end…maybe next time 😉

Great place

This was our 4th time at White water and it just gets better. We went with my sister and brother in law who hadn’t been before and they loved it. There are so many walks especially along the river into Stockton. A must for all the ladies (and men) is Teeside retail park. I went with my sister while my husband stayed in the motorhome with dog. The only blip was on the Sunday night when gypsies forced their way onto the site. The wardens were amazing and the police got there very quickly and dealt with the situation. Well done everyone. Can’t wait to return

Didn't disappoint

Second visit, adjacent Nature Reserve for enjoyable walks, walking or cycling into Stockton or Middlesbrough on either side of the Tees, but note the Transporter bridge is closed and has been for a few years now but the Club site still includes it in its advertorial for crossing the Tees. Asda just a short walk away (half mile) and a Beefeater for food and drink is just outside of the entrance gate. Wardens were very friendly with a cheery hello when passing, and on the ball when some Polish gypsies forced the barrier and entered the site. Within minutes 15 uniformed and 6 vehicles arrived and within an hour and a half they were evicted. Well done the wardens and the Tees police.

Newbies To Motorhoming

We are newbies, have done a couple of Britstops which are great but wanted to stay on a site, had a look around, saw some reviews on this site and thought we would give it a go.. So glad we did, the team here have set the “Bar” high, what a great team, place to visit , facilities are excellent, we took a fully serviced pitch site and wasn’t disappointed, the team were at the site were more than helpful. We will be going back again and definitely more the and one more time. Thank you for advice given, much appreciated and keep up the excellent work. Than you so much Phil & Sandy

Lovely site

Another visit to one of our favourites. Always spotless and well kept with new things to see each time we come. Wardens really friendly and clearly take a pride in their job and site. Great walks both ways from site and across the Nature reserve. Seals can be spotted on some days too when tide is coming in. Lots of bird life too for keen spotters. Recommend Vadah restaurant in Stockton too for both take away and eating in. Some nice pubs there too. Beefeater handy across road from site with great beer garden and plenty of water bowls for thirsty dogs.

Loved it

Arrived with Mitzi our motorhome and 2 dogs. Lovely warm welcome. Stayed on serviced pitch, no problems. The site is very well kept, Carol especially was lovely and you could see and feel how much effort and pride she put into the site. The flowers, the magical lite up area at night, the whole site was very well kept, clean and tidy. Asda is a 10 minute walk from site, beefeater restaurant 2 minutes away, cycle tracks brilliant and only 10 minutes ride into town centre. We watched 3 seals playing in the river, 5 minute walk, white water rafts, dog walks brilliant through nature reserve, better on other side of river. Met some lovely people on site and staff couldn't have been better. Hopefully will be back. Steve, Deb's, Ella & Mr Bear
