Stayed here once again last weekend. It really is a lovely site with friendly wardens, always keeping the grass nice and facilities clean. Would definitely recommend this site. Its our forth visit this year and hopefully we have another visit soon
Loveley site and location
Was here on 6th September for 7 days, wardens were great and worked really hard keeping site and facilities very clean, only complaint was yapping dogs, probably toilets and showers could to with upgrading, well done wardens xx

Toilet key's
The only thing we found annoying was having to remember the toilet key every time we went to the toilet. It would be better with a code pad . Otherwise a good site.
White Water 1st visit
We're impressed so much with WW Park that we'll be back in the near future. The pair of us are "picky" regarding the facilities on site, so where on earth do some members get their ideas about the "out of date and under maintained" toilet block! Admittedly the gents shower cubical floors may benefit from a steam-clean otherwise every thing else is no problem. Any unclean toilets are NOT down to wardens but those people who obviously have servants at home to clean up (including flushing) after them!!! An example in the gents at 0730 this morning.
The site like all those we've visited is very neat, tidy and well maintained, well done wardens who are friendly and helpful in suggesting places to visit.

Super, friendly site.
Spent a weekend here and found it to be a lovely site, although it is in a busy location the site itself was peaceful. Wardens lovely, people friendly, lots to do and everywhere spotless. Great place to stay and we will return.
Lovely site
Really enjoyed staying at this site. It is tidy and well kept with friendly wardens. Great that it is near a pub selling food and a local supermarket is only a five minute walk away. We enjoyed being able to walk from the site along the river bank into town. Will definitely be visiting again.
Immaculate facilities but...
The friendly, becoming staff keep the site and it's facilities immaculate. However, after after 20 years the shower block is looking and smelling very tired. I believe a refurb is imminent.
The site is within a 5 minute walk of an ASDA - longer by car. There are also pleasant traffic-free riverside walks to Stockton (20 mins & Middlesbrough (80 mins on Transporter Bridge).
The Beefeater next door is good and very popular, so it's best to book
There is a constant background traffic noise from the A19/A66, but far enough away so you can't hear individual vehicles.

Needs update
Good site with friendly wardens but in need of some TLC, also surprised how few hardstanding pitches there are for an all year site.
White Water Park
Nice site and kept extremely well. Toilet block is kept lovely and clean, but is now old and and would benefit from an update. Very friendly and helpful wardens who work extremely hard. A few irresponsible dog owners about!!
WiFi poor and slow which is a pity. Very good for cycling and walking. Good bus service nearby.

Noisy Dogs
Love this site, been quite a few times and will return.
Agree with comments about Toilet Block in need of refurbishment as the Drains smell and there are loose tiles on shower floor resulting is squelching when stood on and water coming up sides, however they were kept lovely and clean even on a busy Bank Holiday weekend. Great location. Can walk down to shops on Portrac Lane or along River into Stockton or across to Teeside Retail Park which we walked (25min) over to one evening and had a excellent meal in Rainbow Casino (worth a visit even just for the food).(taxi back £3.00). Also had a nice meal in Talpore Inn right next to site.Only negative of the weekend being a few inconsiderate Dog owners letting their dogs yapp on and on spoiling peace and quiet.
