This was our first time at this site. Unusually the site is split into two - the larger part is more inland and in a wooded area and the smaller part is on the seafront. When we arrived there was one pitch left on the seafront part of the site which we took as it sounded a nice location. Unfortunately the pitch backed onto a road which serves a housing estate and a large static caravan park. The road was quite busy during the day and well into the night and also early morning with several lorries which was very disturbing at times because of the close proximity of the pitch to the road. We could have moved to another pitch the next day but as we were only staying 2 nights it was not really worth moving. My advice if you do stay on the seafront part of the site would be to avoid those pitches which back onto the road unless you don't mind being disturbed by traffic.
