Essentially two sites in one, you have to register in the main site then leave again to get on the beach section as there is a public highway between the two. Beach site is basically unsupervised so has code locks on the toilets. Beach is almost exclusively pebble. If the wind is easterly it can be several degrees cooler as it is straight off the sea. The main site can be much calmer despite only be few hundred yards away. Dog walk is a exercise compound, walk along the beach. The nearest shop is the holiday camp so very expensive.
