We had a wonderful week here. The site is nicely laid out and well-maintained, and the staff are friendly and helpful. We had a pitch on the main site but it was only a short walk to the beach. The beach is shingle, and the sea itself was quite a walk from the road, but it was well worth it. There were so many beautiful plants in flower, including the yellow poppy. I'm no gardener, so nearly all of the plants were new to me. If you turn left as you go onto the beach road, there are strips of conveyor belt laid across the shingle. This made walking across the shingle much easier. I couldn't fault the site. My only gripe was that the big shops were about a mile away. Next time I'll pack more supplies - and I certainly intend to go back!
