We spent the weekend here to investigate Ullswater and the surrounding area. The site has been referred, which means lovely showers, etc. The layout is open, this could have been I proved with hedges to give privacy. . For us and are dogs this was not what we enjoy, because you are extremely limited for walking unless you are happy walking along a road to get to Ullswater. Once at Ullswater, great, however you do need to drive there as there are no walkable routes. The site however is adjacent to the hook in house farm, which has lots of activities for families and friends but this come at a cost.
