We have been visiting the Troutbeck Head site over the years and have always found the site to be of a very good standard. Our visit over the Easter bank holiday weekend was no exception. The site team were very welcoming and friendly with a good sense of humour. Both the site and site facilities were presented exceptionally well as always. The toilet facilities were immaculately presented, well heated and plenty of piping hot water within the showers and wash facilities. If there was anything negative about the weekend then that would be the weather. Typical bank holiday weekend but 'hey ho' you have not been to the lake district unless you have got wet.
