we have been coming to Tredegar for years, we like it here, it's convenient and the park is great for us and the dogs. The motorway traffic is a background hum mostly. The pitches are of a good size and most are fairly level. The toilet block was going to be demolished a few years ago but they just painted it and put the price up , now though it really does need a new one. The hardstands are hard, we bent 6 or 8 pegs ....again ...putting in the awning pegs, so bring extra pegs. The site is used a lot for over nighters on their way to West Wales. The wardens are really trying to stop dogs fouling on site, but it is ignored first thing in the morning, we are early risers and getting on a bit but we take our dogs off site, it's not difficult. Our main complaint is the mower man coming around just when we want to have a bit of lunch and catch up with the news, but this happens at most sites. Lots to see and do around and about , but if you just want to relax, the park is fabulous.
