Good for families

Wonderful site with a couple of drawbacks.

Just returned after a seven night stay at Sandringham club site and wish we could have stayed longer. The site is easily found and my satnav was bang on. On arrival at 1 oclock in the afternoon pitches were scarce but managed to find a nice open, slightly sloping pitch which turned out to have the wonderful sun until late evening (pitch 119). Only downside was the occasional smell from the septic tank nearby. The amenity block was always spotless. Walks from the site are numerous and it takes about 35 minutes to walk through the woods to Sandringham House. There is a short walk to a local social club ( no its not a wheel tapper and shunter type club) which makes caravaners very welcome. Fifteen minute drive to various beaches and walking and cycling were very good. Excellent for dog walking. As previous reviewer mentioned the wood pigeons start early bjut just get some ear plugs. Can not wait to return to be greeted by the most pleasant staff we have met on any site.
