Good for families

Something for everyone

Driving into the site, the first thing we noticed were the lovely colourful wooden characters on the central refuge welcoming you in. The same cheerful welcome applied in the office, where the wardens made time to chat a while before explaining the usual site regs etc A nice welcome which puts you in a relaxed state, ready to enjoy your break. A drive around the site to select our pitch showed a fairly full site - very popular, and justifiably so. It is a well run, attractive site with the usual club facilities, all looked after to a very high standard, which are a credit to the wardens. All the site staff on this site gave the impression that each individual visitor was important to them - and not 'just another number'! The local area has a wealth of interest for all, with beaches and activities for families, superb links golf courses for the more active, walks and cycle tracks also for the active and stately homes to visit for those with an interest in the heritage. Expect a full programme when in this corner of Norfolk and using Sandringham as a base gives good access to the many and varied pursuits on offer.
