Maybe it was the weather, I don't know but I honestly think this was one of the nicest CC sites we have stayed on.  In fairness we have only been a member for a couple of years, but this site definitely rocked my boat.  We stayed in a weekend in early May, the weather was fantastic for the time of year and the site was quiet, peaceful and relaxing - although in fairness it was full - do book, I wouldn't dream of staying there on the off chance. The site is quite open, but surrounded by trees - it is in a forest and they make a glorious gentle rustle in the breeze.  It was everything that makes England a great place to visit. The wardens, as ever, were very friendly and polite,  Showers and loos were, as ever, clean and tidy.  I was not there with children and neither were many others when we were there, though the site is within very easy reach of the coast and 35 mins walk to Sandringham itself. The area is beautiful and the roads relatively easy driving for a caravan to the site. We will be going back - but I hesitate to tell people just how nice the place is - it might get too difficult to book up.
