Peaceful site

This was the first site we'd used since buying our first caravan. On arrival staff were accommodating and helpful. We chose our pitch and set up. The fish and chip van on the Friday was a welcome sight! The site itself was very quiet which was perfect for us. The vans were well spaced so we didn't feel on top of each other. Everyone was considerate of each other and really helpful when we had a query about our van. We had read on other forums that caravanners are generally a friendly helpful bunch and this was certainly true on this site. The showers were clean and the water was a good pressure and temperature. We had to wait for one on Saturday morning but people were considerate and didn't take forever! The washing up area was also clean and well looked after. Although this a Tourer Explorer site with a trail for children to do, there were no other children on the site when we visited. We didn't mind this as it was lovely and quiet but worth knowing if you are taking children. The grounds were also well looked after and we went for a few walks through the woods. This is a great site to explore this part of Norfolk and we visited Bircham Windmill and Hunstanton. We were only there for 2 nights so didn't get the Sandringham House or Castle Rising which I would have loved to have visited. We'll just have to come back! Overall a fantastic experience and a site we would highly recommend.
