Without doubt Sandringham is a beautiful site set in glorious surroundings. However, as with a lot of club sites attention to detail in the shower block is lacking. The showers have foldaway seats on the walls, not that I use them other than to place my bag on, but the seats and hinges are thick with caked on dust and dirt. Whilst I appreciate the showers no longer have the provision of the "mopping" facility for which I fully appreciate the reasons why, I cannot understand why during the cleaning process the wardens fail to see the necessity of cleaning the seats. I do take my own antibacterial wipes and disinfectant spray into the toilet block but due to the amount of people that use these facilities cleanliness should be paramount. Come on Caravan Club make more of an effort.
