A well kept site, great location and we would visit again, but a couple of points to note. It’s marketed as good for dogs and cycling , it is but not together. All cycling routes from the site are on road. It’s a busy road, there are no off road cycling routes from site. If like us we planned to cycle with our dog it’s a definite no, no. There is just one off road route through the Sandringham estate and it’s not very long, most of the estate does not allow cycling. In addition upon arrival we entered reception to be sternly told “ only one at at time “ I left with no complaints but after we had set up, we walked passed reception to see a more mature couple who had just arrived chatting merrily away inside reception !!! We refrained from commenting to the grey haired lady who served us.
